Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 10 days of your scheduled event will be subject to a charge of 15% of the total order cost to account for food preparation, staffing, and associated costs. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your catering order and event date, a finalized menu and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required at the time the order is placed. The deposit will be charged to the card provided and applied toward the total catering balance. Delivery Fee: Delivery fees typically range from $10–$50, depending on the delivery location and size of the order.
